- Keynote address “Kent Ford, Elder Street Fightin' Statesman.” Kent Ford is founding member of the Portland Chapter of the Black Panther Party. A longtime community activist, he helped organize the Fred Hampton Memorial People's Health Clinic and Free Breakfast Program in Portland.
