Discrimination and Sexual Harassment, and Sexual Misconduct Prevention Training

The goal of the Discrimination and Sexual Harassment, and Sexual Misconduct Prevention training is to assist WSU in maintaining a safe and respectful working and learning environment. All WSU faculty and staff are required to complete the training within the first six months of employment and every five years.

The training:

  • Describes different types of discrimination and harassment, including prohibited personal behaviors
  • Identifies key WSU Executive Policies addressing these topics
  • Provides links to specific offices and resources available to help in cases of alleged discrimination, harassment and misconduct
  • Highlights employee and supervisor responsibilities when misconduct is reported or observed
