In this animated movie, you’ll meet young Miguel, who loves music and dreams of becoming an accomplished musician like his idol, Ernesto de la Cruz. But Miguel’s family has a mysterious ban on music that dates back generations. Longing to prove his musical talents, Miguel finds himself in the technicolor Land of the Dead. Along the way he meets charming trickster Hector, and together they set off to discover the story behind Miguel’s family history.
