Register for "Ensuring Accessibility for Your Events"

This workshop will offer some best practices for baking accessibility into your event planning and execution to ensure equity and access for all events. We will also discuss what resources and services are available on campus for event accessibility and when to engage them. We will cover how to advertise and promote accessibility of your event, arrange the best venue on campus for your type of event and other considerations with regards to accessibility. The goal of this workshop is to make campus events inclusive and equitable for a great experience for all attending.

  • Prerequisite: Completion of IDI pre-assessment
