BaCE: Equity-Mindedness 101: What is My Role in This Work?

Equity-Mindedness 101 is an interactive workshop that provides a broad overview of the individual and collective role of doing work on our campus in support of equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging. Participants will review campus demographic information, learn about the lived experiences of students and employees, engage in small group conversation and build capacity for equity-minded action throughout the fabric of campus.  

Prerequisite: IDI pre-assessment required.
Facilitators: Shameem Rakha and Obie Ford III
Maximum Number of Participants: 30
This is a Group 1 workshop.
