Open Mic Poetry Night featuring Dennis McBride

Join in or just listen at Open Mic Poetry Night. The event will feature Dennis McBride, author of "Looking for Peoria" and "Killing the Mockingbird," and Christopher Luna, Writing Center consultant, Ghost Town Poetry Open Mic founder and co-founder of Printed Matter Vancouver.
If you enjoy poetry, Luna is also hosting a free poetry workshop every Tuesday at noon in the Writing Center, Library building, room 203. Beginners and more experienced writers are invited to the informal workshop that will help you generate work. Listen, read and discuss poetry as a way to lead into writing exercises.
