Photo of mixed media artworkArtist Brenda Mallory will instruct participants in how to make an abstract object or a dimensional collage using objects from nature that they bring to the workshop, as well as other materials provided, such as wire, twine, cloth, plaster, cardboard, and wax.

Participants need to bring: 1) An object of clothing they are willing to deconstruct. 2) An object from nature - a leaf, seedpod, pine cone, flower, fruit, branch, bone, skull, an insect, antlers, horns.
